Local Businesses Collaborate to overcome COVID-19 Challenges

August 28th, 2020

The entrepreneurs behind two local food businesses are thrilled to announce their new partnership – beginning this month, Diana Harrison of “Art of Charcuterie” will be working with Meuwly’s Artisan Food Market to take over the catering operations of both businesses, together creating some of Edmonton’s most memorable food experiences.

Having already earned a reputation for stunning, delicious grazing tables made with quality local ingredients Diana and team will now be working out of the kitchen at Meuwly’s on 124th Street. They will be showcasing Meuwly’s artisan cured meats, cheeses, and condiments along with other hand-selected gourmet foods in an expanded menu of charcuterie boxes, boards, and grazing tables.
As the pandemic-related shutdown led to canceled events, restaurant closures, and an overall economic downturn, these entrepreneurs recognized an opportunity to find mutual success through collaboration rather than competition. By combining two strong brands with a shared vision of promoting Edmonton’s vibrant food community and supporting local producers, farmers, and artisans, the partnership is a natural fit.
