For those who prefer their feast to come straight to the door, we partner with Advanced Courier.

Flat rate: $23 anywhere in Edmonton, St. Albert, or Sherwood Park.

Extended reach: Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Leduc, and other surrounding communities (extra charge – give us a call for a quote).

Deliveries are booked within a two-hour window so you can plan your day with ease. Our couriers often call ahead, and while life sometimes tosses in a small delay, your order is always handled with care.

A note from us: if no one is home to receive your board, we cannot leave it waiting at the doorstep. Instead, it will return safely to our kitchen at 6728 99th St where you may pick it up or arrange a re-delivery (an additional fee will apply). Just reach out, and we’ll make sure your charcuterie finds its way back to you.

We craft every board and box to order, and a little notice helps us gather the freshest ingredients for your feast.

Regular orders: Please place your order by 4:00 pm the day before.

Holiday seasons: Our kitchen hums with extra activity, so we kindly ask for 3–5 days’ notice to ensure your place at the table.

At checkout, you’ll see the closest available pickup times.

And if inspiration strikes last-minute? Don’t worry—send us a note at [email protected]. We can’t always promise, but we’ll do our very best to make magic happen.

Freshness is our love language, and we always say: the sooner you gather and graze, the better.

If you’re not enjoying your board right away, simply refrigerate it to keep everything crisp and vibrant. About an hour before serving, let it rest at room temperature so the cheeses soften, the flavours bloom, and the feast comes alive.

And yes—our boards can happily spend the night in the fridge (we’ve tested this, more than once!). By the next day, they’ll still be beautiful, delicious, and ready to share.

Gluten-free: All our boxes are gluten-free.

Vegetarian: We create abundant cheese boards that are every bit as vibrant and varied. 

No pork/no dairy: We happily accommodate these preferences too.

Our kitchen is nut-free. We take the greatest care, but if you have a severe nut allergy please call us before you order to check our protocols.

No, because each box is a curated creation—our chefs select from the day’s finest meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, guided by what’s most inspiring. So every board feels like a seasonal story, not just a shopping list.

That said, your tastes matter to us. If there are particular likes or dislikes, let us know when ordering. Whenever possible, we’ll happily weave your preferences into the feast.

Yes—we are proudly a fully insured, registered catering business. We hold a current Alberta food handling permit, along with all required food hygiene and health & safety training.

Behind the scenes, we take as much care with standards as we do with flavour—so every board not only looks and tastes beautiful, but is prepared with the highest level of safety and professionalism.
