Diana brings a world of experience and heart to Art of Charcuterie. Before creating it in 2018, she travelled the globe as a private flight attendant, discovering the beauty of cultures through their food. Along the way, she immersed herself in cooking classes, learning how a shared meal can heal, nourish, and weave connections across any table. At the heart of it all, Diana’s vision is simple yet powerful: to bring people together through food and love — the true essence of Art of Charcuterie.
