Diana Harrison

It began at home. When Diana first set boards down for friends and family, the room would transform—warmth, laughter, and awe blooming around the table. She realised food could be more than nourishment; it could be art, and it could belong to everyone.

Today, Art of Charcuterie carries that spirit into the wider community.

 

Diana brings a world of experience and heart to Art of Charcuterie. Before creating it in 2018, she travelled the globe as a private flight attendant, discovering the beauty of cultures through their food. Along the way, she immersed herself in cooking classes, learning how a shared meal can heal, nourish, and weave connections across any table. At the heart of it all, Diana’s vision is simple yet powerful: to bring people together through food and love — the true essence of Art of Charcuterie.
